Tools for Tots: Wacky Weather on the Way! Preparing Kids for Seasonal Clothing Changes
From not wanting to part with too tight, worn-out summer sandals to full-on clothing sensitivities...Transitions to different seasons and clothing changes can be a real struggle for young children. Join Child Inspired's pediatric occupational therapist to learn positive tips and strategies to support kids with these adjustments. Kids will have an opportunity to explore dress-up clothing, improve motor skills with playful activities that will help them manage clothing fasteners, and prepare a fun, seasonal make-and-take.
Join us at the Lewes Public Library immediately after Children’s Story Time, for this FREE workshop to learn healthy, developmentally-appropriate tips and strategies that will help little ones embark positively into community experiences "Around Town". Child Inspired’s therapy team will provide information while children are invited to participate in a hands-on, learning activity themed to each month’s “Around Town” topic.
