Homeschool Connections: Tea-Candle Making with Beeswax
Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from September to May for fun events just for homeschoolers! These events are designed for kids ages 6-18. All of our events are completely free of charge.
Registration is required for all events and opens approximately one month before the event begins. Please ensure that your email and phone number are correct and only register the participating youth (ages 6-18)! One no-call, no-show will result in removal from the registration list, but you are still welcome to join as a walk-in & see if space is available.
On December 17th, we'll be making Tea-Candles with Beeswax with ROOTS 302 Youth Development Program! Join us for a hands-on candle-making workshop where students will learn how to craft their own tea candles using natural beeswax. Participants will explore the DIY process, from melting the wax and even get the chance to create their own custom scents. Each student will take home their handcrafted candles, making this a fun and educational experience perfect for the holiday season.
