Stuff You Want to Know | Bees and Pollination

Stuff You Want to Know | Bees and Pollination

ROOTS Youth Development Program will teach teens about bees and pollination. Teens will learn facts like why bees are the top pollinator, why they are so important to us, honey production, products, and employment. Why we should be worried about bees and how we can help bees.

Each teen will make a bee hotel to take home to hang in /around their gardens or plants. These bee hotels are typically host to solitary bees - non-aggressive bees that are highly unlikely to sting.

This is a teen program.

Registration is required.
