Homeschool Connection: Let's Make a Kite! with Rehoboth Toy & Kite Company
REGISTRATION REQUIRED. ***RAIN DATE*** Wednesday, March 24th at 1:00 PM.
It's National Kite Month! Join us as Rehoboth Toy & Kite Company helps us make kites for the spring!! This program will take place outside on the Lewes Public Library patio and lawn, so we can practice safe social distancing. Rachel from Rehoboth Toy & Kite Company will teach us first about a variety of kites in different shapes and sizes. Then, we will then make our own sled kite, and hopefully fly it on the lawn.
Homeschool Connection is our monthly program for K - 5th grade homeschool students. We host a variety of presenters on different topics, and include a library skills extension for each class. Check in the kids' room for the schedule of presenters.
