This is where Delaware public library staff request access to the DLC Zoom meeting space. The Zoom meeting space is intended for virtual programs and staff meetings.
Please place your request, indicating your intended purpose. Once you submit your request, you will receive a notification message on screen, as well as through email indicating your request is pending confirmation. Within 24 to 72 hours you will receive confirmation.
If your booking is confirmed an unpublished draft event will be created for you in the Virtual Library Calendar, which provides the Zoom meeting link and password. You will have access to modify this event.
NOTE: If you delete this event, you will be deleting your Zoom reservation!
If the request is not approved, you will receive an email message with the reason. A request can be denied for a number of reasons:
- Zoom account is already reserved for the requested date/time
- Library has reached the maximum capacity of monthly Zoom reservations
- The requested program is duplicated within the state at the same date/time
- Not enough information was provided on the Zoom reservation form
