The New Castle Public Library provides a safe and equitable space for the community to gather. Each room has particular qualities and amenities. The library reserves the right to reassign reserved rooms to accommodate various groups.

Reservations need to be requested a week or more in advance, include 30 minute padding before and after, and can be placed up to 60 days into the future.
All groups must take their own trash (if large quantities) and put the room back to its original setup. Groups must vacate the room 15 minutes prior to closing.
