Saturday, December 10th from 10 AM - 4 PM
Join us for our second annual Winter Festival & Market! We will host vendors selling a variety of items, located on our lower level and main level.
Vendors will be announced closer to the event as well as other activities.
The New Castle Library Friends will host a booksale.
This event is in conjunction with The Spirit of Chrismas, a city-wide event.
