Join local author Josh Hitchens for a spooky program on haunted places in Delaware. Josh will be discussing local Sussex alleged  haunted places and will be reading a few passages from his book Haunted History of Delaware. For those that purchase the book ahead of time, Josh will be doing a book signing after the event. Books can be purchased online or at some local bookstores. We also have two copies at the library.
