Join us in the library for a presentation by the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter’s Learning Academy on understanding Alzheimer’s and dementia. This workshop will cover:
- Research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement
- Hands-on tools to incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging – at any age
Registration is requested; walk-ins are welcome.
