Gentle Yoga For First-Timers!

This  class is for First-Time Yoga participants. If you have taken a yoga class at South Coastal Library before, you are not eligible. 

Join Myra Stock certified 500 RYT instructor and registered Yoga for Arthritis teacher for a gentle yoga class. Yoga emphasizes postural alignment, strength, endurance and balance while incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is limited to 10 people per class. A yoga mat is required and not provided, and participants are encouraged to bring a beach towel. 

This library program is designed to supplement library materials and services that promote community-based health literacy and to foster fitness and healthy habits within individuals.
