Super Bowl Snacks with Chef Charles
Chef Charles Oppman returns to the Greenwood Library with another of his popular cooking demonstrations on Tuesday, February 1, at 5 p.m. The topic for this session is Super Bowl Snacks. Recipes will be demonstrated for turkey empanada, quesadilla, sesame chicken wings, meat balls, shrimp on crostini, and chicken satay. The program is free and open to all; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Masks are required.
