FREE Dental Screenings
Delaware Libraries have partnered with The Bureau of Oral Health and Dental Services to give you something to smile about this fall.
The Delaware Smile Check program will offer free dental screenings and fluoride application for children and adults and answer your dental questions. Each person screened will receive a toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss. Children screened will also receive a coloring book.
We encourage you to complete forms online prior to the event at Smile Check | Delaware Thrives (dethrives.com). Scroll down and locate the blue box for onsite forms, select the age and language for the person who will be receiving a dental screening, complete the information, and submit.
Registration is requested but walk-ins will be accepted.
