Reflections on Writing: Meet Tony Sclama

Reflections on Writing: Meet Tony Sclama

Join physician and author Tony Sclama as he discusses how he transitioned from the practice of surgery and hospital executive to fiction writer, fulfilling his long-time aspiration to write a novel. Tony will delve into the obstacles that he faced on the road to getting published and how he overcame them.

His first medical thriller, Wrongful Acts, follows newly appointed FDA Commissioner Dr. Allisyn McLoren as she received unexpected pressure to approve a new form of gene therapy. Allisyn soon finds herself caught up in a murder investigation and a conspiracy to defraud the government. Copies of Wrongful Acts are available for purchase at Browseabout Books and online retailers.
