Did you know some evergreens have scales where as some have needles? Join us for a chat where we’ll discuss the differences. Liz Nalle, with the Inland Bays Garden Center, will go over some of the best evergreens for our area, including how and where to use them. Evergreens can provide winter shelter for wildlife, shade for your yard, and serve as a windbreak. They also have lots of environmental benefits too, as well as providing wonderful decorations for the home. The first 20 participants will be guaranteed a seat in the audience if they wish and will be called to confirm. Subsequent registrants will be able to watch the program via Zoom. Registration opens Oct. 1 @ 10 am.
