On September 17, 1787, the Founding Fathers signed the most influential document in American history, the U.S. Constitution. Join us as we commemorate this historic day by comparing the Delaware Constitution to the United States Constitution.

Delaware Supreme Court Justice Karen Valihura will provide opening remarks, then participate in a dialogue with retired Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland, moderated by Professor Ronald Collins.

NOTE: this session is available to attend in-person or through Zoom. You MUST REGISTER and indicate which you prefer. Seating for in-person is limited.
