Sunsets Live Music Series: Hoochi Coochi

Sunsets Live Music Series: Hoochi Coochi

From June to October, join us on the third Friday evening of every month to hear live performances from local singers and bands.  Our September concert will feature the return of Hoochi Coochi!

Hoochi Coochi is a hand-clapping soul-stirring funky soul-blues band from Delaware formed in 2015. Always a crowd favorite, Hoochi Coochi brings the people together with the power of soul and the brilliance of an energetic live performance. They have entertained a wide array of venues and opened for national acts like Low Cut Connie, Robert Randolph, and The Family Band, and Larkin Poe. They are sure to get any crowd young and old rocking, rolling, and singing about love. Read more and sample some of their music on their website here.

This concert will take place in person at the library. **Face masks and social distancing are required at all times.**  Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if we feel that conditions are unsafe due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  Do not come if you are not feeling well or experiencing COVID-19 systems.

Please stay tuned throughout the summer as we continue to evaluate whether concerts will be virtual only or in person at the library.

This program is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.  The Division promotes Delaware arts events on www.delawarescene.com.
