3D Design

Online

Learn how to design a 3D-object in Tinkercad* from the ground up! A new design will be featured at each of our three programs. This program series is geared towards beginners, ages 7+ and meets virtually on Zoom. Participants can follow along using side-by-side views on a laptop or desktop, or by using two screens, such as a laptop/desktop for Tinkercad and a phone/tablet for the Zoom call. Participants can also just hangout and watch, too! If you complete the design, or any other design that you are working on, and want to have it 3D-printed, complete this Google Form to get started!
*Tinkercard is a free, 3D-design website.

Designs:
March 11: Shamrock keychain
April 8: Succulent pot and garden name tag
May 13: TBD

One hour before the start of the program, a Zoom meeting link and password will be sent to the email that you used for registration.

Basic written instructions for using Zoom are available courtesy of the Lewes Public Library. A brief video tutorial on how to join a meeting can be found on the Zoom Support website.
