The Lincolns: A Portrait of a Family

The Lincolns: A Portrait of a Family

Online

Join Dan Pritchett, speaker for the Delaware Humanities, for an talk on the Lincoln family via Zoom. Abraham Lincoln and Mary Todd, who met in 1839 and married in 1842, seemed at first glance to have nothing in common. This talk will look back at this improbable pair, their four sons, and the heartbreaking series of tragedies that struck the family before, during, and after the Civil War.

Registration is required. A Zoom invitation with a link and meeting ID will be sent in the initial confirmation email. Please save this email, as you will need it to access the Zoom event on November 23. Not familiar with Zoom? Visit https://zoom.us/ for more information.
