Are you tired of experiencing stress? Are you seeking an opportunity to begin meditating but just don't know how to get started? Here's your chance!

Join us on Mondays at 7pm as we join a virtual safe space for community members interested in meditating. Each week our Program Specialist, Liz, will guide us through an evening meditation practice to welcome restoration and renewal within our lives. This is a perfect opportunity for first timers or beginners to learn more about meditation and to begin their practice.
