Mindful Mondays: An Online Meditation Community
OnlineAre you tired of experiencing stress? Are you seeking an opportunity to begin meditating but just don't know how to get started? Here's your chance!
Join us on Mondays at 7pm as we join a virtual safe space for community members interested in meditating. Each week our Program Specialist, Liz, will guide us through an evening meditation practice to welcome restoration and renewal within our lives. This is a perfect opportunity for first timers or beginners to learn more about meditation and to begin their practice.
Liz is a Delaware native who is passionate about creating spaces of love, healing, and restoration within her community. She currently works at the Wilmington Library where she designs & coordinates adult programs.
You will only need to register for this event one time. Once you register, you will receive reminders for upcoming "Mindful Mondays" programs.
