Stay Grounded, Nourished, and Healthy this Fall with Ayurveda

Stay Grounded, Nourished, and Healthy this Fall with Ayurveda

Online

A time of transition - Fall is dry, windy, erratic, and cool, in Ayurveda this time is referred to as Vata Season. In Ayurveda we believe that like attracts like and opposites heal. With the cool, erratic energy of Vata season, it is important to create healthy habits to help keep us warm, nourished and grounded.

In this one hour workshop you will learn the importance of:

  • Daily Routine
  • Seasonal Diet
  • Vata pacifying life style choice
  • Yoga and Pranayama practices that help soothe, balance, and ground

Stacey Chandler is a yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurvedic and EFT practitioner who specializes in Yoga Psychology to assist in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Hunter is her 8 year old chocolate Labrador and therapy assistant and will participate in this workshop.
