Cooks & Books Presents Ciarra Siller | Vegan Chocolate Treats

Online

Join us for a live, interactive conversation and cooking demonstration with Ciarra Siller, author of Vegan Chocolate Treats: 60 Indulgent Sweets to Satisfy Your Inner Chocoholic. Give in to your cravings while staying true to your vegan lifestyle with Ciarra' delectable chocolate-based recipes. Ciarra will demonstrate how to make Life Changing Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Chunks.

Bring a little (or a lot!) of chocolate goodness to every part of the day, whether it’s starting the morning off right with Chocolate Hazelnut-Stuffed French Toast for breakfast, snacking on Blueberry Chocolate Energy Bites for a quick afternoon pick-me-up or letting it all go with Death by Chocolate Blackout Cake for an over-the-top dessert. Filled with scrumptious recipes from start to finish—be it brownies and bars or cookies, cakes and candies—Vegan Chocolate Treats is here to help all plant-based eaters indulge their inner chocoholic.

Ciarra Siller is the founder of Peanut Butter Plus Chocolate. Ciarra’s recipes and photos have been featured on feedfeed, as well as in multiple issues and on the cover of Thrive magazine. She lives in Tucker, Georgia. Ciarra will be interviewed by Denise Clemons, Cape Gazette food columnist and author of A Culinary History of Southern Delaware: Scrapple, Beach Plums and Muskrat. She has been writing her weekly food column, Cape Flavors since 2005, focusing on seasonal, local ingredients and food history. She looks forward to sharing the discovery of new cookbooks through these discussions with cookbook authors.

We invite you to support the author by purchasing a copy of the book from one of our local independent bookstores, Browseabout Books, by clicking HERE.
