In this time of change and uncertainty, follow your urge to tell your story. Whether staying home, walking to work, remembering a conversation, or gazing out a window, give yourself permission to get creative. Our world needs your voice and imagination.

In this three-part summer series hosted by former Delaware Poet Laureate Joann Balingit, participants will write together from prompts each session. These classes are for anyone who likes to write, beginners or experienced.

We’ll read memoir-based excerpts from writers whose voices leap off the page. To inspire our work, we’ll explore memory and how to intensify your language. There will be time for questions and sharing.
