Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Join RYS 200 certified yoga instructor Myra Stock for a one-hour free gentle yoga class. Includes simple exercises that focus on developing balance and flexibility while coordinating movements with breathing. Please bring your own yoga mat and towel. 

Due to higher than anticipated demand these classes will now require advance registration. In order to ensure a safe and comfortable program environment, class size will be restricted to 25 participants.

Registration is required for each class independently, not as a series. If you had previously registered for the series, please re-register for each class you are interested and able to attend.

This ensures everyone now has an equal chance to register and enjoy these classes. We are working to offer more Yoga classes in the near future.
