You are invited to participate in a FREE federal-funded Food and Nutrition Education Program.
You will learn: Healthy Eating and Cooking for Less, Being Active, Keeping Food Safe, Saving Money at the Grocery Store, Preparing Tasty Foods, and Planning Meals.
Food Demo with Tastings at Every Class!
In addition to valuable information, you will receive bag od non-perishable food, calendar, grocery shopping list, analysis of diet, measuring cups and spoons, food thermometer, refrigerator thermometer, graduation certificate.
