GEM: Get Experiences in Mindfulness

 

Sarah with the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension will present a five-part interactive stress management program taught through practical and interactive mindfulness-based activities to facilitate experiential learning. Participants of the program will learn what mindfulness is and how to integrate it into daily life, alignment and form for over 25 strength and flexibility poses adapted from yoga poses, and relaxation techniques. Participants are encouraged to attend all five-sessions but are not required to do so. Registration is limited and required. Registration opens Dec. 2 @ 9 am online and by phone. Patrons may also register in-person during normal library hours.
