Great Decisions 2020 Discussion Series

The Library is hosting a Great Decisions 2020 Discussion Series this Spring on Thursdays from March 19 through May 7 at 6:00 PM.

The Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. Groups throughout the U. S. read the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watch the DVD, and meet to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today. Sessions are moderated either by Nancy Powell (former U. S. ambassador) or Lynn Moore (History Chair, Wilmington University).

March 26: Red Sea Security
April 2: India and Pakistan
April 9: Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
April 16: U.S. Relations with the Northern Triangle
April 23: China's Road into Latin America
April 30: The Philippines and the U.S.
May 7: Artificial Intelligence and Data
