Winter Bell Choir Concert
The Laurel Public Library is thrilled to welcome the Mount Olivet United Methodist Church's Bell Choir for a special performance. The Bell Choir will play a variety of music from hymns to praise music. A variety of techniques are used by the ringers. The members of the choir will provide an explanation and demonstration of the techniques used in each song. The Bell Choir plays three octaves of hand bells and also plays chimes. Also, attending will be the Reunion Choir. The Reunion Choir is a small group of women who enjoy singing 2-part harmony. The choir name came from their first performance as a group during a homecoming weekend a few years ago.
