Learn to paint your own watercolor creation with Signature Artists from the Delaware Watercolor Society. All materials provided. Registration is limited and required and opens Jan. 15 @ 9 am online and by phone. The library opens at 10 am for those patrons wishing to sign-up in person. 302-539-5231.
