Tai Chi & Meditative Movement Exercises

Join Chris Collier as she leads participants in Tai Chi and other similar meditative movement exercises. Soothing background music, flowing motions, deep breathing, and controlled stretching all help to promote mindfulness, balance, and well-being.  Gentle yoga movements will conclude each session, beginning in November. Free and open to the public, no pre-registration required.
