Shakespeare Festival | Bad Habits and Good Intentions: Theater and the Law in Shakespeare's "Measure for Measure"

Dr. James Keegan, University of Delaware Associate Professor and professional actor, will focus on the way Shakespeare exploits the motif of theater within the action of his problem comedy to interrogate the functioning of morality and law within the state.

This is an offering of the 4th Annual Shakespeare Festival. The festival is partially funded by a grant from the Delaware Humanities, a state program of the National Endowment for the Humanities, and by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
