How to Identify the Top Scams Affecting Consumers in Delaware

Jon Bell, Director of Business Relations with the Delaware Better Business Bureau, will conduct a class identifying common scams that people in the state are encountering. Registration is encouraged and opens September 3, 2019. Patrons can register by calling, visiting the library or filling out the form below.
