This class focuses on steps to take so assets transfer at death, to the intended beneficiaries by operation of law, immediately and automatically. For those who have served as a personal representative or executor of an estate, they know first hand how complex, expensive and time consuming the probate process can be. This class teaches how to prepare an estate in such a manner that the entire probate process can be avoided and the will never comes into play.
