We are never too old to learn what mindfulness is and how to integrate it into daily life through contemplation techniques, breathing exercises and mindful movement with gentle stretches. Enjoy standing, seated, or on provided mats, an awareness and acceptance stress management program. University of Delaware Cooperative Extension; Educators: Breanna Banks and Sarah Bercaw.

Registration is required.
