Stirring Up a Cookbook: An Insider’s View of Culinary Publishing

Rick Rodgers has had a decades-long career in the food business, and has recently moved to Delmarva. He is the author of over 50 cookbooks, both under his own name and as a ghostwriter for many celebrities and companies. His client list includes Patti LaBelle, Williams-Sonoma, Frankie Avalon, Nordstrom, Debi Mazar, Lisa Oz, and Tommy Bahama, with books on subjects ranging from Thanksgiving to Viennese pastry.
If you’ve ever wondered about the process of how a cookbook gets between covers, now is your chance to find out. Patricia Talorico, food columnist for The News Journal, will interview Rick followed by Q & A, and a book signing with a curated selection of his books for sale by Browseabout Books.
