Mindful Eating

An informational session focused on enhancing a balanced, healthy and joyful relationship with food and eating. Through meditation, guided imagery, and mindfulness techniques, participants will begin to use all their senses in choosing food that is satisfying and nourishing as well as learn to stop and savor the eating experience.
