Bedtime Yoga
No yoga experience required for children to build healthy bodies and unwind in this active then relaxing evening program. Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. Free tickets are given out 30 minutes prior to each session on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum 20 children accompanied by an adult. Ages 6+.
