Children's Author Visit: Carole Lindstrom — NEA Big Read Kickoff
Join New Castle County Libraries as we launch our NEA Big Read with a visit from acclaimed author Carole Lindstrom. Lindstrom will share a reading from her award-winning picture book, We Are Water Protectors, followed by a moderated conversation, an audience Q&A, and a book signing. Together, we’ll explore storytelling, environmental stewardship, and the importance of protecting the land and water that sustain us.
This special event is made possible with support from the Friends of the Newark Free Library.
This Program will be held at the Newark Senior Center 200 White Chapel Dr, Newark, DE 19713.
This special event kicks off our communitywide NEA Big Read of The Seed Keeper by Diane Wilson. To learn more, visit our NEA page.
