Join in-person in the library or online for a conversation with Alex Finlay, author of The Anniversary, an addictive murder mystery and nail-biting thriller. Joining Finlay in conversation is Sarah Pekkanen, #1 New York Times bestselling author of fifteen solo and co-authored novels, including The Locked Ward and House of Glass.

The Anniversary is a tender, heartrending story that intertwines the lives of two teenagers, Quinn and Jules, whose paths are forever changed by a single fateful night in 1992. It unfolds as they confront the unsolved murder of Quinn's mother and the mysterious May Day Killer, who strikes every May 1st in small Midwestern towns. Alex Finlay is the bestselling author of several acclaimed novels, including the 2025 instant national bestseller, Parents Weekend.
