Capture the Flavor: Herbs and Spices

Adults 18 and up, the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, in conjunction with the University of Maryland Extension and with a grant from the McCormick Science Institute, is happy to offer the "Capture the Flavor: Herbs and Spices" lecture.  Free samples and a reusable bag, along with the class booklet will be provided to those who register and attend the class. Those who register for the Zoom class will be given instructions on where they can pick up these items once they attend the class.  Join us for this fun and FREE event, funded by the McCormick Science Institute. 

Learn how to:

-Use herbs and spices to create your own international flavors
-Apply best practices for herbs & spices storage
-Explain how herbs & spices can be a food safety concern if handled improperly
-Recognize health benefits of cooking with herbs & spices

Registration is required.  Just a reminder that some programs will require registration due to cost and space restrictions. If you cannot make it, you must give us 24 hours' notice of cancellation. If you fail to cancel two times in a 60-day period, you will not be allowed to register for any programs for 60 days.
