Walk + Roll with UD Cooperative Extension

Want to give physical activity a try? Don’t want to do it alone? We have what you need! The University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, in partnership with community organizations throughout the state, will be hosting Walk+Roll community-based physical activity clubs. Led by Walk+Roll Leaders who are CPR-certified, sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session and a cool down. Join us to walk and roll into better health!
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Space is limited. If you are unable to meet the pre-registration deadline, onsite registrations are welcomed. Waivers are available at club locations and are required prior to participating. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
