Teen Volunteer Program - Info Session

Teen Volunteer Program - Info Session

Learn how to become a Teen Volunteer

Our Teen Volunteer Program is accepting applications for teens (ages 14+) for the current school year.  To learn more about the application process, please register below to attend an Info Session with your parent or caregiver. This meeting will be no more than 30 minutes. Following the Info Session, Teens can choose to stay to participate in the Teen Leadership Council meeting that is scheduled from 6:30-7:30pm the same day.

At these Info meetings you  will learn about the onboarding and application process for our Teen Volunteer Program and the kinds of volunteer opportunities we have to offer. (You only need to attend ONE Teen Volunteer Info session. )

Teen Leadership Council is open to teens (ages 12-17). Participants meet with the Teen/YA Library Specialist monthly to create interactive displays and relevant book displays in the Teen Area, and brainstorm and plan library programming. TLC members also earn volunteer hours but they do not have to be part of the Teen Volunteer Program, although they can be.
