Friends Mystery and Fiction Book Sale
Love a good Mystery? Come visit the Friends of the Lewes Public Library Mystery Book Sale! More than 1,500 mystery, thriller, and suspense novels will be sorted by author and priced at ½ off internet prices.

Saturday, January 24, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Admission is free and open to the public. Proceeds of the book sale benefit the Friends, a separate 501c(3) affiliate of contributing members who support the Lewes Public Library. Proceeds are used for book and media purchases, library programming, special projects, and other Library needs.
The Lewes Public Library is an “independent library” within the Delaware Division of Libraries consortium. As such, the Library must raise over half of its annual operating funds each year.
