Introduction to Chair Yoga

Ages 16 and. This modified form of yoga, practiced while sitting comfortably in a chair, can help improve flexibility, strength and balance while managing stress and anxiety. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Limited space; preregistration is required -- no walk-ins.
