Stretch and Tone Exercise Class

Join Christine Swain for a free Beginner / Intermediate class for stretching and strengthening! Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring an exercise mat if you have one. If not, one will be provided for you to use while supplies last. 

This class is for adults only (18 years or older).
