Help Shape a New Farm-to-Farm Connection Network for Delaware!
We're developing a "farm-to-farm connection" initiative designed to make it easier for farmers across Delaware to give and receive support or assistance from their peers.
Think of it as a way to easily connect with other farmers for things like:
-
Coping strategies for Stress Management and Burnout
-
Sharing equipment
-
Lending a hand during busy seasons
-
Offering advice on specific crops or livestock
-
Finding temporary labor
-
Sharing best practices and innovative solutions
To ensure this resource truly meets your needs, we're forming a focus group of Delaware farmers. Your insights and experiences are crucial to shaping a tool that will be genuinely useful and impactful for everyone.
As a member of this focus group, you would participate in a few discussions (either virtually or in person, depending on what works best for the group) to share your ideas, provide feedback on early concepts, and help us identify the most important features for this platform. We anticipate a commitment of just a few hours over a couple of sessions. Registration preferred. Light refreshments.
