A teleservices specialist is available every Tuesday, ready to assist with a range of needs. No appointment required- Walk-ins are welcome! Patrons can rely on the specialist for assistance with:
- Job/career guidance and training
- Resume support
- Computer assistance
- Help with Delaware ASSIST applications (Medicaid, and SNAP benefits)
- Housing and food resources
- Information about DHSS agencies
- Referrals to partner organizations, and more!
Additionally, our specialist offers a secure and confidential private appointment space for virtual appointments, including telehealth sessions, job interviews, legal consultations, and more. The space is equipped with a laptop featuring the most up-to-date telehealth applications, high-speed internet access, and soundproofing features to guarantee utmost privacy.
