The Lot Rental Assistance Program (LRAP) and Limited Lot Rental Assistance Program (LLRAP) can help homeowner-tenants in leased-land manufactured home communities to afford their lot rent. For eligible homeowners, LRAP reduces the rent to 30% of the household income, and LLRAP limits the amount that the rent can be increased.
