Gentle Yoga Flow

Join Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor, for a free 1-hour gentle flow class. Ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking for a slower flow practice.  All skill levels welcome. We will learn breathing techniques, postures, and exercises to promote flexibility and strength, balance, and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat or towel from home. The instructor also recommends 4-inch-deep foam yoga blocks. If you are unable to get onto the floor easily, do not worry, we will provide chairs. There are options for all! Ages 18+. 

We recommend registration as it will guarantee you a spot in the class, however, we do take multiple walk-in's each class as space permits on a first come, first serve basis. If you are on the waiting list, you are more than welcome to try and come to the class as a walk-in.
