"My Life Basically" Financial Literacy (for high school ages)

Kelly Sipple, financial well-being agent from the University of Delaware Extension will be at the library on Wednesday, June 4th from 4-5pm to discuss Financial Literacy. She hopes to cover: Importance of understanding “money”; Paycheck, how do I read and understand where my money goes?; What is direct deposit, the benefits of direct deposit, and how do I set this up?; Opening a bank account for direct deposit; Money management; Understanding credit and creating a mindset to pay bills on time; and benefits and downfalls of credit cards and debit cards. This session is geared for high school ages.
